Pogo is reimagining the data economy by directly rewarding people for their data. Backed by Village Global, Slow Ventures and angels including the founders of Honey, Carta, Shutterstock, the President of Unilever, the CPOs of Adobe, Uber, Oracle Data Cloud and more.
Worked on and ran various projects including building and scaling up customer support while decreasing ticket volume per user, creating actionable analytics through the customer support product, shaping the product road map with the CPO and led recruiting sourcing efforts, resulting in Pogo's first engineer hire.
Overall Achievements
- Built customer support operations from the ground up to support over 50,000 users, increasing self-resolve-rate, CSAT, and decreasing volume of tickets per user as Pogo scaled. Created internal tools in Retool and Zendesk to increase agent speed.
- Customer support product built with actionable analytics to create better consumer facing product for users.
- Shaping the product road map with the CPO, conducting product research through user interviews, surveys, and landing page testing.
- Led recruiting sourcing efforts, managed multiple channels, resulting in Pogo’s first engineer hire.
